Re: Newbie Overload

Lucy,

Thanks for the heads up on the e-forms. I could see my self getting overwelmed just by all of the shareables out there. What are your top 5 most used e-forms?

Thank you,
Kim

Re: Defer Admissions - what did I forget

Bryant,

Thank you for your email. We finally opened a Sunapsis ticket and apparently once a student was defering terms the withdrawn application was still showing active in program so it couldn't create the new row.

Thank you for chiming in!

Defer Admissions - what did I forget

This is our 2nd semester on Sunapsis and my admissions team is deferring spring admits to summer or fall and telling me the program dates are not automatically updating to the newly admitted term. Is something not configured right? Where should I look?

Thank you,
Kim

Wildcards for Letters

The person in our office who does certification letters through Sunapsis has an interest in the following fields that are currently not available as Wildcards. Does anyone else see the use of these fields being added to Wildcards? - His/Her - Major - DEGREE LEVEL Thank you, Kim Brumbaugh

e-forms in response to COVID-19

Just curious if anyone has or is creating any e-forms in response to COVID-19. Thoughts I'm having is an emergency contact form and maybe a form to guage how students are reacting to online learning etc.

Your thoughts???

Re: Implementation Booboos

Thomas, Thank you so much for referencing that article. I have had some issues with the datafeed and since I'm really new, just don't know where to look to see the problem. I know there is a steep learning curve with a new system but there is soooooooooooooo much data in Sunapsis to learn where ever...

Re: SSN Location

We are not allowed to keep the SSN saved in any system.

It is still collected at admission but is not an open field in our SIS anmore.

Import Emails to Notes

Hey all, Does everyone know about the Import Emails to Notes function? I have found it to be an awesome time saver. I know that Sunapsis has a great email tool but I have found this function to be so much more useful. It is so much easier for me to copy the ID or SEVIS number in the Subject of my ou...

Advising Appointments Integration

Good Afternoon Sunapsis Users, We implemented Sunapsis in December and it has been an incredibly busy couple of months. One of the main reasons we went to Sunapsis was that we could evenuntually see everyting we needed on a daily basis in Sunapsis. We had hoped to stop having to be in multiple syste...
