Second Approver Lists

Hello, (v.4.0.13)
I’m using Second Approver lists in dropdown fields in e-forms and setting the ‘Second Approver Email Field’ to ‘Yes.’
Minus the obvious bug that Second Approvers don’t send, when I ‘Send Reminder Email to Approver’ it works fine.
However, the ‘name’ field doesn’t populate in the Second Approver email because you can’t set the dropdown to both ‘Second Approver Email’ and ‘Second Approver Name’ fields.
I feel like I’m missing something because it seems so obvious that you would need both and the Second Approver List in a dropdown can’t provide it.
Any suggestions or a workaround? Or have I missed the concept all together?
