[FIXED] CF 2018: Refresh required before site loads/some functions work

For those with CF 2018, there's a CF? bug that causes an error message to load when first loading the sunapsis website after a CF server restart. The error goes away after a few refreshes. It also seems to affect certain processes in sunapsis such as generating a pdf report. The first time the report runs it spits out error code in the pdf. The second time it runs fine.
